For £99 your property will be displayed for 12 months, you are on our main listing, you have your own pop-up profile/web page, a full description of your property with fresh content, a minimum of three pictures but we will add some more if you wish, a Google map that is interactive showing the exact location of your property and how to find you. All this information is required for the new Google Algorithm update. In addition to this we offer you two direct links to your website, two links to your email address, your telephone and mobile number if required. We will be quite happy to list your property for you, just email your details to admin@cornwall4u.com - there is no additional charges for this service.

• We have now joined with www.thisiscornwall.co.uk and are able to offer Vouchers for any special offers you may be running in the shoulder months when you have gaps in your bookings. This is done on www.thisiscornwall.co.uk and on www.newquaypeople.co.uk as well as all the other people websites in Cornwall and reaches over 480,000 people per month from all over the country.
• Our profile/web pages are second to none.
• You can edit your listing yourself at anytime once you have registered and change the pictures as often as you like.
• We will be restricting the number of properties on our website to 500 unlike some others who have thousands. This will increase the number of enquiries to each of our customers as any more than this will dilute your listing.
• We do not take or expect any commission from your bookings.
• We do not require or need any of your bank details.
