Summer Lodge
This is a large, recently refurbished dormer bungalow in Lizard village, Cornwall. Sleeping 10 in five large bedrooms with no less than four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. No expense has been spared and the quality is evident in every part of the house. The kitchen and dining area especially are of a bespoke design and the tables and units have all been handmade, as has the staircase.
The local beach at Housel Bay is less than 1 mile, and is absolutely stunning, you could be forgiven for thinking you are in Ibiza. The landscape at The Lizard is perfect for short or long walks.
Bedroom 1 is the master suite. Extremely spacious, with handcrafted 4 poster bed (see photos) & ornamental fireplace. Double doors lead out to a small decked area with seating. The en suite luxury bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath, matching toilet & handbasin & a separate shower cubicle with power shower over.

Camellia Cottage
A beautiful newly built detached three bedroom, three bathroom property with wonderful sea views and within easy walking distance of the coastal path and Lizard village.
Camellia Cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to six people. With driveway parking for two vehicles and an enclosed back garden.
On the ground floor is the lounge/diner with comfy seating for six people, granite fireplace and high ceiling over the large dining table. Double doors lead to the enclosed rear garden. The large fully equipped kitchen is modern and stylish with a large range cooker with three ovens and a breakfast table with chairs. The spacious twin bedroom with separate bathroom is also on the groundfloor.
On the first floor are the two double bedrooms, both with high quality en suite shower rooms and sea views, particularly from the master bedroom which has double doors to a ‘Juliet’ balcony to make the most of the stunning sea views.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and electricity. Regret no dogs and no smoking.

Situated in the orchards and fields of Tregaminion, an enchanting hamlet close to a wide variety of beaches, pubs and restaurants.
There is a footpath close by that leads down to the local beach, "Porthallow" less than a mile and about ten minutes walk across the fields. Porthallow has a popular local pub and a beach.
The footpath also leads in the opposite direction to St Keverne, a larger village about a mile away. There is a 9th century church, post office, general store, newsagent, butchers, garage and two local pubs.
Falmouth Bay is an excellent area for sailing and boating and close by is one of the most beautiful rivers in Cornwall, the Helford River. There is an aqua sports center less than half a mile away (Porthkerris), offering Scuba diving, water sports, fishing and rock climbing. Boat hire is available for exploring the many creeks and tributaries of the Helford and sailing around Falmouth Bay. The area is also known for its wrecking history and Daphne du Maurier's books.
Inside the gypsy wagon is a pull out double bed, an original Queenie cooking stove, cupboards, seating, table lamp and kettle. Mains socket for mobiles. Outside pan box.
