The Hayloft has been converted from traditional stone farm buildings with a spectacular view over farmland down to the sea. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Rosecare above Crackington Haven, there are pubs close by and a shop within 1 mile at Wainhouse Corner. At the top of the old slate steps there is a small sitting out area for your own use overlooking the shared courtyard.
The large airy living room with exposed beams has a television, DVD player and also a sofa bed with the dining area by the window for you to enjoy the view.
The small well equiped kitchen has solid oak worktops, a built in fan oven with separate hob and extractor hood, a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
The main bedroom has a standard double bed and the smaller bedroom has bunk beds. Both bedrooms are provided with duvets and linen. The sofa bed is provided to give greater flexibility. We do not intend more than 4/5 to be accommodated. Bed linen for the sofa bed will be supplied if required.
The large bathroom has a power shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.
Electricity is included in the price, with heating via night storage heaters. All the beds have duvets and will be made up as required awaiting your arrival. Personal towels can be provided for a small charge.
The Hayloft is available all year round and we are happy to offer short breaks out of the main season.
Booking is from Saturday to Saturday.
Up to two well behaved dogs for a small charge.
This part of North Cornwall is a quieter part of the county, but with the most dramatic and rugged coastline, wonderful sandy beaches with rock pools to explore, wildlife to enjoy and a wide range of activities and entertainment for all ages. There are many famous gardens and National Trust properties in the vicinity, as well as the coastal path and the Camel Trail, where bikes can be hired for riding from Wadebridge to Padstow or Bodmin along the Camel Estuary. The Eden Project is just over one hour's drive away and there are lots of activity centres in the area for children of all ages. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are close by and waiting to be explored.
The coastal area is largely National Trust, and the coastal path provides unrivalled views of this spectacular coastline.
