Skyber Cottage
Skyber is a very spacious cottage also converted from an old barn. Located next to Kellywyk this holiday cottage has two double/twin bedrooms, two shower rooms (one en-suite), a kitchen and dining area and a separate sitting room.
The holiday cottage is fully equipped with 28'' flat screen TV, DVD, video, CD, oven/hob, clothes washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There is oil fired central heating.
The bedrooms have either a double or two single beds with 'ziplink' beds that make it ideal for couples or friends.

Rowse Farm holiday cottages are set in a private 70 acre estate in the beautiful, protected Tamar Valley. With easy access to the famous tourist attractions in Cornwall and South Devon, Rowse offers everything for that all important, special break.
There are three holiday cottages to choose from depending on your requirements. Skyber is suitable for all the family and Kellywyk and Tikkidew are great for couples. Skyber & Tikkidew also have free daily passes to the St Mellion Golf and Country Club which is just under a mile away.

Situated just 1 mile from Rowse, the St Mellion Golf & Country Club is recognised as probably the leading West Country venue for golf and leisure. The two championship golf courses have an international reputation, and the 'Nicklaus Course' has been quoted as being 'one of the best courses in Europe' by Jack Nicklaus himself.
St Mellion also has an excellent Health & Leisure Club that is one of the best in Devon and Cornwall.
Guests in Skyber receive special, complimentary membership privileges at St Mellion. Until March 31st 2011, prices for Skyber & Tikkidew include 2 free golf & leisure passes. Booking Information:
Short breaks.
We can offer short breaks out of season, subject to availability, at the following rates:
Up to 3 nights = 60% of weekly rate; 4 nights = 70% of weekly rate;
5 nights = 80% of weekly rate; 6 nights = 90% of weekly rate.
Your welcome
We will provide a 'welcome' home made cream tea, milk, coffee & tea when you arrive.
If you book for Xmas & New Year, you will find champagne and a decorated tree in your cottage. If you would like something for a special occasion, please contact us!
Free memberships at the luxury St Mellion International Golf & Sports Club
Skyber: To March 31st 2011 prices include 2 free golf & leisure passes. From April 1st prices include 2 free leisure passes & discounted golf. We can also offer 'special guest' rates for friends & children.

Skyber: Heating - included. Electricity - paid 'as used' on departure.
Linen
All bed linen and towels (except sports) are provided.
Cots & High chairs
We can provide cots, futons (except bedding) & high chairs free of charge.
Wireless Broadband
If you need to keep in touch and have to bring your laptop, we can arrange for you to use our wireless office connection free of charge.
Accessibility
Although we have done our best to facilitate easy access, our cottages were built in a traditional style. If you have any concerns or questions about access, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to discuss any concerns with you.
Conditions of booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking.
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
Cancellations
We will try to re-let your cottage up to 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date will incur the full rentalcost of the property.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover any cancellations made.
Damage
We accept that small accidents are always possible, but reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property or contents.
Smoking
All Rowse Farm Cottages are non-smoking.
Pets
We regret that no pets can be accepted.
