This annexe has upside-down style accommodation and offers ONE large double bedroom. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: upstairs and open-plan with gas cooker, microwave and fridge, TV with Freeview. The living area leads to an outside decked area with seating and BBQ. There is a large garden shared with owners. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 12 miles, shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles.
