This is a delightful 4 bedroom dormer bungalow situated close to the beach at Holywell Bay on the North Coast of Cornwall. It's just a few minutes walk from the beach.
Ocean View is furnished to a very high standard with a 42" LCD freeview TV, and DVD player. Wireless Intermet is also included. There is solid pine furniture in most rooms. A new conservatory has been built on the front of the house giving views towards the beach and out to sea. The lounge and 2 upstairs bedrooms have superb ocean views stretching over the dunes. The conservatory is off the lounge fitted with cane furniture and also beautiful views over the sand dunes and headland. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Utility Room has washing machine and dryer, iron and board, chest freezer and also plenty of room to store wetsuits, boards, coats etc. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and wash basin. Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has a 6ft. super king size bed, which can be separated into 2 x 3 ft divans. Bedroom 2 is also downstairs with 5ft pine bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has fabulous views of the sand dunes and sea and has a 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite with bath, w.c., shaver point and wash basin. There is also a 20in remote control TV. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and also has breathtaking views of the dunes and sea. The bathroom has bath, basin and w.c.

The garden is a generous size and fully enclosed. There is a nice size patio area off the conservatory with patio furniture. There is parking at the rear for 2 cars.
Storage Heaters and Electric heaters are provided. Bed linen for all beds occupied is included. The Electricity is governed by a one pound coin meter. There is a payphone fittedin the hallway. For Tiny Tots there is a Cot, Highchair and 2 safety gates.
Ocean View is a non-smoking property. Dogs by prior arrangement only. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Holywell is often the backdrop for many films such as the 20th James bond film 'Die another Day' which was filmed in 2002. Gullivers Travels has recently been filmed there and also more recently in April the BRIT award winning harmony popgroup Blake recorded their single 'All of Me' in celebration of the Royal Wedding between Prince William and Catherine Middleton.
