BEACH RETREAT
( formally Penntreth House) is situated adjoining the beach at Holywell Bay Completely enclosed private gardens, own driveway with parking for 3 cars. Beautifully equipped where all the family can get together.
LOCATION.
Situated between Perranporth and Crantock it provides an excellent base for touring the rest of cornwall. Holywell Bay is just a small village with three seasonal shops and two pubs. Both pubs serve good food and real ale. All within a short walk of our houses. The beach is owned partly by national trust, has lifeguard patrol during the summer months. Wonderful dunes where you can find shelter on a windy day. A mile of golden sands at low tide, with numerous rocks and caves to explore. The freshwater stream that runs to the left of the beach provides safe and shallow water for younger children. Excellent fishing from the rocks or beach, sporting Bass, Pollack etc.
ACCOMMODATION.
Lounge with comfortable easy chairs and two settees. 32in flat screen television with free view and dvd player. Large dining table seating for eight persons. Patio doors lead out onto enclosed garden. Pay phone to keep in touch with friends and family. Dresser with books and dvd's for your enjoyment. Wireless broadband so bring your laptops!
KITCHEN.
Finnished in pale blue with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with oven and grill. Ground Floor Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite toilet and washbasin.
UPSTAIRS.
Double room with 5ft bed, colour tv, en-suite with shower toilet and washbasin. Balcony with views of beach and sand dunes. Double room with 4ft 6ins bed , Balcony with views of beach and dunes. Twin room with two single beds. BATHROOM with bath (shower over) washbasin and toilet.
PORCH.
Has washer and dryer, with plenty of room for coats and boots etc. ALSO included is Cot, highchair, ironing board , iron, miele vacumme.
GARDEN.
Has table and chairs, sun umbrella, two sun loungers. Garden is completely enclosed so safe for children to be let loose from patio doors in lounge. FREE heating, lighting and hot water, all other electric governed by a £1 meter. Free bed linen.
