Lakewell Cottages
Close to the spectacular North coast surfing beaches in Perranporth, our attractively furnished properties enjoy their own small gardens and access to our beautiful five acre grounds with fishing lake.
We're based less than half a mile from Goonhavern, where you can catch regular buses to Perranporth, Newquay and Truro.
Goonhavern is also home to the New Inn pub serving fabulous food and Sunday lunches throughout the year, as well as the local shop and Post Office.
Lakewell Touring & Camping Park.
Just opened in July 2010 our Touring & Camping Park is certified by The Camping and Caravanning Club. The site has 10 caravan hook-ups and is set in five acres of private grounds accompanied by a small fishing lake for Lakewell guests only.
Cottage & Barn Accommodation.
We currently have two holiday cottages available, both based in our beautiful surroundings:
- Lakewell Cottage - starting from £232 per week (sleeps 2)
- Lakewell Barn - starting from £232 per week (sleeps 2)
Lakewell Cottage
Pricing ranges between £232 and £493 per week depending on time of booking for up to two people. The cottage is situated within our five acre grounds with access to small fishing lake, all linen is included. Unfortunately this property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
This cosy cottage is set within its own sheltered garden, it has a combined kitchen / dining room with a double bedroom, separate lounge and bathroom.
The kitchen benefits from a gas boiler and electric cooker, accompanied with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as a small dining area.
The lounge encapsulates that cottage feeling with beautiful beamed ceilings and a solid fuel stove. The lounge includes a television with Sky TV as standard.
The 1st floor bedroom with four-poster bed, complete with all bed linen. The bathroom comprises of a WC with wash basin and bath with a shower attachment.
Lakewell Barn
Pricing ranges between £232 and £493 per week depending on time of booking for up to two people. The cottage is situated within our five acre grounds with access to our small fishing lake, all linen is included. Unfortunately this property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
Lakewell Barn is a cosy cottage with its own sheltered courtyard and pond. Lakwell Barn comprises of an open plan sitting room, kitchen / dining area and seperate bathroom and bedroom.
The kitchen / dining area contains a large Stanley oil cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is accompanied with the lounge.
The lounge / sitting room features a solid fuel burner and television with Sky TV as standard.
The double bedroom includes plenty of storage with a wardrobe and chest of draws. All bed linen is included.
The bathroom comprises of a WC with wash basin and bath with additional shower attachment / curtain.
Camping & Touring.

There is a portaloo on site but we will not have showers or washing-up facilities until season 2011.
Dogs are welcome on our site
Pricing starts from £10 per pitch - electric is £12 per hook-up. We're certified by The Camping and Caravanning Club, which means we provide:
- Approved/suitable pitching and standing areas
- Safe access in and out of the site
- Accessible, fresh drinking water
- Suitable waste disposable
- Sanitation
